I love the idea of a gratitude journal, but it has just never stuck. I need to see it and this is the perfect way to do that. Find yourself a jar that you love and some sticky notes you love.

With that you have the makings for a jar of happiness or gratitude jar…however you want to think of it.

Each day or week, you get the decide, write down something that brought you joy that day. Something you are grateful for. Someone you are grateful for.

Supplies you’ll need:

No matter what you choose to do there is no wrong way to make your jar. The idea is to get in the habit of thinking of the good. Our brains so easily think of the negative. If we are going to obsess and focus on something, might as well be the good in our lives.
